Over 3.7 million soldiers have been deployed since 9/11 and it is estimated that 1 in 4 of our returning Veterans will suffer from post-traumatic stress, traumatic brain injury, depression, marital issues, substance abuse and other issues.
Camaraderie Foundation works "to provide healing for the invisible wounds of war through counseling, emotional and spiritual support for all branches of Military Service Members, Veterans and their families." With your support, we can provide programs such as our Counseling Scholarships, in which we pay 100% of the cost for 12 counseling sessions. Our other programs include Family Fun Days, Peer to Peer Support Groups and Mentor Leadership Program.
All proceeds benefit Camaraderie Foundation and help to fulfill our mission to provide healing for invisible wounds of war through counseling, emotional and spiritual support for all branches of Military Service Members, Veterans and their families.
Camaraderie Foundation’s mission is to provide healing for invisible wounds of war through counseling, emotional and spiritual support for all branches of Military Service Members, Veterans and their families.
Many Service Members struggle psychologically with the effects of war and battlefield experiences. Troubling issues include Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), depression and many others. The Camaraderie Foundation believes that private counseling and spiritual community support can alleviate these issues and encourage Service Members to seek help, without feeling judged or isolated.
